Black Label
Wine variety: Glera, native grapes.
Vineyards: Vineyards situated on hills, south/south—east exposed. Such exposure gives to the grapes fruity and unique aromas.
Soil composition: The vineyard land is formed by non-homogeneous layers of conglomerates of volcanic origin, as well.
Harvest: Grapes are exclusively harvested by hand, approx. from half September on, with a selection of the best bunches.
Vinification and sparkling processing: The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks by selected yeasts at controlled temperature, while the second fermentation takes place in autoclaves [pressurized tanks] at low temperature [Martinotti method).
Sensory profile: Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage, soft foam, harmonious and elegant scents with fruity prevalence, tangy and lively taste.
Suggested food pairings: Sparkling wine ideal throughout the day, suitable for cocktails and daily lunches based on seafood, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Alcoholic gradation: 10,5%

Harvest: The harvest is exclusively made by hand at the end of September.
Vinification and sparkling processing: The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks by selected yeasts at controlled temperature, while the second fermentation takes place in autoclaves [pressurized tanks] at low temperature [Martinotti method).
Sensory profile: Bright straw yellow in color, persistent perlage, soft foam and intense aromas of wisteria, acacia, apple.
Suggested food pairings: Sparkling wine ideal for cocktails and receptions paired with delicate appetizers, excellent with first courses, rice with vegetables, white meat and fresh cheese.

Wine variety: Glera, Manzoni moscato, native grapes.
Vineyards: Vineyards situated on hills, south/south-east and south-west exposed. The ripeness of the grapes takes place in different eras.
Soil composition: The vineyard land is formed by moraine and limestone gravels.
Harvest: The harvest is exclusively made by hand from end of September to half October.
Vinification and sparkling processing: The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks by selected yeasts at controlled temperature, while the second fermentation takes place in a autoclaves [pressurized tanks] at low temperature [Martinotti method).
Sensory profile: Pink in color with ancient reflections, fine and persistent perlage, velvety foam, exuberant bouquet with intense notes of apple, apricot, honey with scents of muscat.
Suggested food pairings: Sparkling wine ideal for cocktails and receptions paired with delicate appetizers, excellent with first courses based on fish and shellfish.
